Before starting BROOTFORCE, I spent 21 years in the Navy. In addition to leading large teams, much of that time was spent either operating very large, complicated equipment or supervising & coordinating the safe operation of very large complicated machinery. That’s two decades of learning the meaning of safety first, showing up on time, working with precision under pressure, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of the outcome — not just the effort.
